The problem
Delivery and quality drift apart under load. Priorities blur across accounts. AI gets bolted on as theatre. You end up busy, green on paper, and still late on the risky path.
How I work
Conversation first. I listen for where the system is leaking time, trust, or signal — staffing vs deadlines, quality evidence, handoffs, and whether any AI loop is actually bounded and checkable. Then we pick one or two levers worth changing this month.
What you get
Clear diagnosis in plain language. A short plan you can run with your own team. Optional working sessions on delivery rhythm, quality operating habits, or a single AI-in-SDLC loop with before/after numbers. Light packaging if useful later; no menu of twelve offers.
Boundaries
I don't replace your Delivery Director or your test leads. I don't sell tools. I don't invent case studies or promise a percentage without a loop we can measure. Employer work stays redacted; I won't name clients I'm not free to name.

Teams hunting a vendor bake-off, a full outsource of delivery, or "add AI" with no appetite to measure a real loop.
